Hire UEFN developers

Verse programmers, map builders, 3D artists and thumbnail designers who work in UEFN every day. Describe the job, compare quotes, and pay through escrow — the creator is paid when you approve the work, not before.

How hiring works

Quote, escrow, milestones, release. The same four steps whether it's a thumbnail or a full island.

  1. 1

    Brief the job

Post a job for every creator to quote on, or ask one creator directly. Free, no card needed.

  2. 2

    Agree a price

Compare quotes and counter, or name your own price with an offer. Nothing is charged yet.

  3. 3

    Fund escrow

Once the creator accepts, you pay into escrow. The money is held — the creator can see it's there, but can't touch it.

  4. 4

    Release on approval

Approve the delivery and the creator is paid. On staged jobs, fund and release one milestone at a time.

Your money is protected

  • Escrow on every job

You pay into escrow, not to the creator. It's released when you approve the work.

  • Pay in stages

Split bigger builds into milestones and fund each one as the work reaches it.

  • Revisions built in

Every contract carries a revision count you see before paying.

  • Disputes reviewed by staff

If it goes wrong, a person reviews the case before any held money moves.

Common questions

How do I hire a UEFN developer here?
Either ask a specific creator for a quote, send them an offer at your own price, or post a request and let creators quote on it. Once you accept a price, you fund escrow and the work starts.
When am I charged?
Nothing is charged when you ask for a quote or send an offer. You pay into escrow after a price is agreed, and the creator is paid only when you approve the delivery or a milestone.
What if I don't approve the work?
Request a revision within the contract's revision count, or raise a dispute. Staff review disputes before any escrowed money moves.
Can I pay in stages?
Yes. Split the job into milestones and fund and release each one as the work reaches it.
Who owns the work?
Commissioned work is licensed to you for your project unless the contract states otherwise. Agree ownership, source files and resale rights in the brief.
