Seller & Creator Guidelines

What we expect from everyone who sells assets or takes commissions here. Meet these and your listings go live faster, your buyers come back, and your spot on the commission board stays safe. The binding rules are in our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

Listing quality

  • Assets must work in UEFN as described.
  • Include clear documentation and setup instructions.
  • Use preview images and videos that show the real asset.
  • List every dependency, file format and requirement.
  • Test before you submit, and keep assets updated for new UEFN versions.

Rights & content

  • Only sell work you own or have the rights to sell.
  • Choose the license that fits each asset — see License Terms.
  • Never list stolen or plagiarised work, malware, content that breaks Epic Games' terms, misleading listings, hate speech or adult content.

Commission conduct

  • Your portfolio shows only your own work.
  • Write each quote for the brief in front of you — no copy-paste proposals.
  • Deliver the agreed scope, quality and timeline, and keep the buyer updated in the contract workspace.
  • Never submit placeholder or deliberately weak work to trigger a payment release.
  • Change scope, price or timeline only with the buyer's agreement — add-ons are the way to do it.
  • Keep a buyer's brief and project details private unless they say otherwise.

Missed deadlines, abandoned contracts and repeated disputes can remove you from the commission board. The full list is in Acceptable Use §4.

Support & refunds

  • Answer buyer questions within 48 hours and help them get your asset working.
  • When a buyer opens a refund request you have 72 hours to refund or reply before it goes to our support team. See the Refund Policy.

Promotions & ads

  • Ads must show the asset they promote — no misleading thumbnails, fake urgency or invented scarcity.
  • Assets under review, suspended or rejected can't be promoted.
  • Ad content meets the same standards as any listing.

Review times

Every new listing is reviewed, and so is every new file or change to a live listing's title, description, price or tags. Targets by plan:

  • Free: standard queue
  • Pro: priority, within 48 hours
  • Elite: priority, within 24 hours
  • Max: priority, within 12 hours

These are targets, not guarantees — busy periods can run longer. You are told the outcome by email and in your dashboard.
