Common questions
How do platform fees work?
The fee is a percentage of each sale — Free 10%, Pro 7%, Elite 5%. It's deducted automatically at payout time; there are no listing fees or hidden charges. Full details in Terms §6.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from the billing portal. Stripe prorates the difference for the current billing period.
Is there a refund policy?
Subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the period ends. Asset purchase refunds follow the refund policy.
Do I need to connect Stripe for the Free plan?
Only when you publish your first paid asset. Free-only sellers never need a payout account.
Do plan fees stack with platform fees?
No — the platform fee is a percentage of each sale; the plan fee is a flat monthly subscription. The plan unlocks the lower percentage AND the feature set. See the ROI table above.
