Common questions
- What happens when the launch promo ends?
- On May 30, 2026, tiered fees apply automatically — Free 10%, Pro 7%, Elite 5%. Your existing assets and subscription don't change; only the fee rate moves. The tiered rates pre-date the promo — see Terms §6.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from the billing portal. Stripe prorates the difference for the current billing period.
- Is there a refund policy?
- Subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the period ends. Asset purchase refunds follow the refund policy.
- Do I need to connect Stripe for the Free plan?
- Only when you publish your first paid asset. Free-only sellers never need a payout account.
- Do plan fees stack with platform fees?
- No — the platform fee is a percentage of each sale; the plan fee is a flat monthly subscription. The plan unlocks the lower percentage AND the feature set. See the ROI table above.
